The
2008-2009 House Council of Bouckaert Hall - an all female student residence at Wilfrid
Laurier University - honoured Amanda at their Annual Banquet
on April 4, 2009. They chose to leave a lasting legacy of their time at Bouckaert by pledging to make an annual memorial donation in Amanda's name to a
wildlife charity. This year, the council honored Amanda by purchasing a goat for a third-world community in need.
Amanda is interned at Grove Cemetery, 129 York Road, Dundas. She is located in the Oaklawn section which is on your immediate left as you enter the cemetery gates. You will find her resting under a large oak tree.
